SHIPPING

The regular delivery time is between 1-2 business days, but the estimated delivery time is depending on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices are including VAT.

We deliver worldwide.
All domestic orders and international are handled by Post NL. 


Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by ATHRTY Amsterdam, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.



RETURN POLICY

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.

When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you fill in and enclose the return form, and put the attached return sticker on the box for address info. The returns form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lost it, please contact us. Please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. The address for returns which is stated on the returns form is also stated below:

Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us. In this case, please contact us first.
